The Rockin’ Oldies Morning Show
Every morning on KNND, Cameron Reiten brings his enthusiasm to the Rockin’ Oldies Morning Show. People tune in to kick start their mornings and have a good time. All the most popular tunes from the 50s and 60s are featured and lost nuggets as well, including many of the rockin greats from right here in the Northwest.
Rockin' Oldies Request and Dedication Show
Every Wednesday from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm, our listeners get the chance to control the playlist on the Rockin' Oldies Request and Dedication show. Host Rob Ward is a cat who just loves the oldies and taking all those requests. This show is a fan favorite.
The Round-Up Classic Country and Western Hoe-Down
For those that like classic country and western music from the twenties through the seventies, then the Round-Up is the program for you. Be sure to listen every Monday and Thursday from 11:00 am. to 3:00 pm., show host Cameron Reiten plays music from the legendary groups and performers that made country music the great genre that it is. Most classic country programs stick to playing just the biggest of the big hits, but Cameron has gathered an immense assortment of CD compilations, LP record albums, and 7"45 RPM singles. In addition to the standards, you'll hear all those forgotten B-sides and album cuts with some of the stories behind them. Listen for western swing, blue grass, honky tonk, countrypolitan and more.
Buried Treasure
Buried Treasure is the show for people who love things out of the ordinary. On Buried Treasure, host Paul Schwartzberg plays obscure music from the 50s and 60s from his expansive collection of vintage vinyl 45s, LPs and CD reissues. Paul digs out lost gems from well known performers but loves to focus on the unknown bands that sprang up all over the country with the dawn of rock 'n' roll. You'll hear 50s R & B and rockabilly, and 60s surf, hot rod, garage and beat bands from around the globe as well as stuff that can only be categorized as just plain strange. It's an hour of rockin' good times each Tuesday from 11:00 am until noon on Buried treasure.
Polka Party
KNND takes you on a trip around the world with the Polka Party. Every Saturday from 8 am until 10 am on KNND, host John Klobas takes listeners on a journey to the old country for old world music, not forgetting to stop in the good ol’ USA for the best of home brewed polka music.
